A cryptobank is a device that allows you to physically buy or sell various cryptocurrencies for cash. The vending machine is connected to the exchange that executes the order. After you select the type and amount of cryptocurrency you want to buy, you enter cash and the machine completes the transaction online.

You will always find the actual rate of the cryptocurrency you want, including applicable fees, in the vending machine before you start a transaction.
What documents do I need to confirm my identity?
You need an official photo ID (passport or ID card). Please note that the photo ID must not expire.
Will I get a receipt for the purchase?
In our ATMs with One-Way ATMs (only when buying), the receipt is not printed, but you can receive a receipt sent to you by email or SMS. In our Two Way ATMs (purchase/sale) you can print a receipt directly in the vending machine.

What happens if I sent the wrong amount to the destination address during the sale?
If, when selling cryptocurrencies at an ATM, you sent an amount other than that indicated in the receipt, the payment cannot be made. In this case, contact our support team immediately.
